Here’s the scoop: Haagen-Dazs will be giving customers a FREE scoop of ice cream from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating locations. The offer is for one FREE kiddie-size ice cream in a cup, sugar cone or cake cone. Limit one per person. Expect long lines for this cool freebie, but a delicious treat as a reward.
