On Saturday, August 30, 2014, the Farmland Bacon Club is celebrating International Bacon Day by holding a Great Bacon Treasure Hunt in Denver, St. Louis, and Kansas City (MO). One lucky winner in each city will get a year’s supply of free bacon, a Bacon Club prize pack, and $1,000.
To participate, you’ll need to join the Farmland Bacon Club, or follow Farmland on Facebook or Twitter, and keep an eye out for clues beginning at noon on August 30. The Hunt will lead you on a fun journey to some of Kansas City’s most iconic locations. Members of the Bacon Club are also eligible to win a trip to the annual Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival in Des Moines.
