On Friday, January 30, 2015, the Plaza Branch of the Kansas City Public Library is holding a Frozen Dance Party for people of all ages. Admission is free.
This event, which starts at 6:30 p.m., includes dancing with the Tippi Toes Dance Company, crafts, and a visit from Elsa.
