The nationally-televised Bellator Fighting Champions will take place tomorrow night, April 29, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at KC Live! in the Power & Light District. Ticket are $15. I’ve been told that’s cheap, but not being a fan of Mixed Martial Arts, I can’t say for sure.
I am, however, a fan of free concerts. “Freedom” Navy Rock Band will perform live on Walnut St. Stage prior to tomorrow’s fight. The concert starts at 4:30 p.m.
If you’re looking for some cheap fun today, you can watch the 16 Bellator fighters weigh in tonight at 8:00 p.m on the KC Live! stage. There’s also an open press conference.
The Power & Light District is right across the street from the Sprint Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
