Local tow truck company Santa Fe Towing Service is hosting a FREE online training seminar titled “What Every Parent Needs to Know About Child Seats.”
This is the first in a series of informational videos designed to enhance community safety.
“What Every Parent Needs to Know About Child Seats” aims to provide a wealth of knowledge about child car seats all from the comfort of one’s own home.
The 45 minute seminar is led by Jason Hoffrogge, a professional firefighter and car seat technician. He has over 14 years of training foster-care providers on the proper use of car seats.
The “What Every Parent Needs to Know About Child Seats” online seminar helps viewers:
- Understand crash dynamics and how child car seats protect against them
- Understand different types of child car seats
- Understand how to install child car seats into a vehicle
- Understand how to properly secure a child into the seat
- Learn how to avoid common mistakes made with child car seats
