This Wednesday through Saturday, March 9-12, 2016, Kansas City’s Big 12 Big Q barbecue competition will take place in the Hospitality Lot at the northeast corner of 13th & Grand. Admission is free.
This event will feature a barbecue competition between teams representing each of the 10 universities. There will also be food and drink specials, a chance to watch the games on a massive mobile LED screen, lounge and seating areas, and an opportunity to cheer for your favorite team.
Hours are from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, noon to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
