Compassion Ministries is hosting Day of Compassion 2024, a public back-to-school event, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4, at Blue Springs Assembly, 2501 Duncan Road, Blue Springs, MO.
Volunteers will be giving out up to 500 backpacks and school supplies to attending students (must be present to receive these items).
The event is FREE and open to the public. Registration is required and students must be present.
