The vibrant art of new and emerging talent, as well as pieces by established contemporary artists, will line the city blocks of the Power & Light District this weekend when the Downtown Art Annual returns to Kansas City for its third anniversary, June 25 – 27, 2010.
The three-day juried art event will include paintings, sculptures, photos, glass, wood, jewelry, collage, and ceramics.
The Kansas City-based band “The Zeros” will play live on the KC Live! Stage on Friday, June 25 at 8:00 p.m. Other local musicians will play throughout the show on Saturday and Sunday.
Admission to the art fair is free. You have to be at least 21 to attend the Friday night concert.
The Power & Light District is right across the street from the Sprint Center in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
