WaterFireKC, a combination of music, fire, and water returns on October 5, 2019. It will take place on Brush Creek on the Country Club Plaza (Ward Parkway & Wornall Road). Admission is FREE.
This event will feature moving bonfires on Brush Creek. Kansas City is one of three other cities in the country (Providence, Rhode Island and Sharon, Pennsylvania) to host this artistic experience.
In addition to the bonfires, live music, acrobatics, and other entertainment will be provided by Barnaby Evans, Rhythmic Flames, Trio Forte, Quixotic, StoneLion Puppet Theatre, and Kansas City Aerial Arts. Vendors will offer food and drinks for purchase.
WaterFire KC Schedule
Pre-show activities: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Official lighting ceremony: 7 p.m.
Live performances: 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Last fire feeding: 11 p.m.
