FREE Admission to Kansas City Storytelling Celebration

The Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City hosts its annual Storytelling Celebration November 7-10, 2018. Admission is FREE and open to the public.

The Celebration features 40 local, regional, and nationally acclaimed storytellers in 225 performances and related events throughout the Kansas City area.

There will be several FREE performances by four featured storytellers. The performances will include a spooky night of ghost stories; scores of 45-minute to one-hour storytelling performances at schools, libraries and other community venues; and several storytelling workshops.

An estimated 13,000 people will participate in these family-friendly events led by professional storytellers of various cultures with differing performance styles.
