Independence Center is having a carnival from now through Sunday, August 23, 2015. Admission is free. There is a fee for the games and rides.
In addition to the rides and games, there will be entertainment and food and drinks for purchase.
Hours are from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and from 1:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
