The City of Independence hosts its annual Cultural and Heritage Festival at the Independence Uptown Market on the Historic Square on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Admission is FREE.
Activities include a parade of flags, live music, dancing, storytelling, food vendors, an ethnic festival marketplace, and more.
The festival is from noon-6 p.m.
The Independence Uptown Market is located at 200 South Liberty Street in Independence, Missouri.
