Legends Outlets is holding a family-friendly Halloween festival on Saturday, October 27, 2012, in the Center Courtyard. Admission is free.
This event includes dancing and games hosted by Radio Disney, prizes, a Radio Disney craft station, Scary-okie (twist on karaoke), Mummy Rap, a Monster Mash Off, and more .
The festival runs from noon to 3:00 p.m.
