If you haven’t been to Longview Lake to see Jackson County’s annual light show, “Christmas in the Park”, you’re missing out. It’s definitely a Kansas City “must-see!”
A Kansas City Holiday tradition since 1987, Christmas in the Park typically runs nightly from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. The ride-through show is located at Longview Campground (1499 SW County Park Road, Lee’s Summit, MO) and features more than 500,000 lights and 175 animated figures.
Admission is FREE, but donations for local charities are accepted.

Christmas in the Park Hours
Christmas in the Park opens at 5:30 p.m. and runs until 10 or 11 p.m. Check the event site to confirm closing times on specific dates.
