Beginning in July, the popular sub shop is undergoing a multiyear journey to improve the customer experience overall, including major menu changes. Read on to find out how to get an absolutely FREE taste of one new menu offering.

What to expect
- Eleven new and improved ingredients, including new bread, proteins and add-ons
- New sandwiches, including the Cali Fresh Turkey, All-American Club and Subway Club .
In addition, the sub shop is making fresh changes to the following:
- A complete redesign of its digital ordering experience and app .
- Convenient ordering options, including in-store pickup and contactless curbside.
- A direct delivery option that provides customers with the same pricing as in-store ordering (compared to using a third-party site.)
How to get a FREE sub
To celebrate the changes, customers can enjoy a taste of the new menu at no cost.
On July 13, from 10 a.m. to noon, the first 50 customers at each participating location will get a FREE 6″ Turkey Cali Fresh sub. No coupon, code or app necessary — just ask for the complimentary sandwich.
The offer only applies to the Turkey Cali Fresh sub with no customization available.
The new Turkey Cali Fresh sub is made with oven-roasted turkey, hickory smoked bacon, smashed avocado, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella, mayo and baby spinach — all on a freshly baked Hearty Multigrain bread.
The restaurant chain will give away up to one million subs.
