Does Five Guys get five separate birthday wishes? Five Guys celebrated its 40th birthday with a rare buy-one-get-one offer on February 17, 2026.

However, the response was bigger than expected — probably because the burger chain isn’t known for offering any discounts. Lots of chaos and frustration ensued, with many locations running out of ingredients and fans have trouble accessing the deal online.

Fortunately, Five Guys is doing the right thing and making it up to its loyal fans for four days. 

From March 9 to 12, 2026, Five Guys is again offering a buy-one-get-one FREE burger at participating locations.

The offer is only available via Five Guys’ site or app — not in-restaurant. Order online or via the app use code FGAFTERPARTY.
