Amazon is working with famed producer Jason Blum (The Purge, Get Out, The Invisible Man) and releasing a series of sophisticated, thriller films under the “Welcome to the Blumhouse” title.
The next two films – Nocturne and Evil Eye- are being released on Prime Video on Tuesday, Oct. 13, but you can get an early screening.
We have VIP tickets for Kansas City on the Cheap readers for the virtual world premier of each film happening Monday, Oct. 12. Both premieres will be followed by virtual VIP after parties happening online featuring live DJ sets, interactive experiences with the cast and much more.
How the Virtual Premier Works
Winners receive a website link and special code to access the movie and event. They’ll click on the link and enter their unique code on the landing page. A device like a laptop or desktop computer with internet connectivity is needed to watch.
“Doors” to the virtual show open at 8 p.m. The screening of Nocturne or Evil Eye (based on the code you have been given) begins at 8:30 p.m. CST.

Nocturne
In Nocturne, a timid music student inside the halls of an elite arts academy begins to outshine her more accomplished and outgoing twin sister when she discovers a mysterious notebook belonging to a recently deceased classmate. The film stars Sydney Sweeney, Madison Iseman, Jacques Colimon, and Ivan Shaw.

Evil Eye
In Evil Eye a seemingly perfect romance turns into a nightmare when a mother becomes convinced her daughter’s new boyfriend has a dark connection to her own past. The film stars Sarita Choudhury, Sunita Mani, Omar Maskati, and Bernard White.
