Here’s an active spin on Easter activities.
The Johnson County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting an Egg Hunt Geocache event Friday, April 18.
Using loaned GPS units, you can hunt hidden caches of Easter eggs solo or as a group hidden throughout Antioch Park at 6501 Antioch Road, Merriam, KS. Caches are exchanged for candy.
Cost is $13 per person for JOCO residents, $14 for non-residents.
There are three Easter Egg Hunt Geocache sessions:
- 1 p.m. for ages 50 Plus
- All ages begin at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
