Amazon’s subscribe and save service is perfect if you’re always running out of staples like cereal, snacks, paper towels, shampoo, diapers and kitty litter. Or, more important, chocolate. You can set up delivery on a recurring basis, whether that’s once a month or once every six months. You choose your delivery date and you can easily change or cancel your order. Just select “Subscribe and Save” under your account.
Some benefits, besides the convenience, are that shipping is free and you automatically save 5% on your order. By adding more items you save a larger percentage on the entire order. If you set it up for five or more items to get delivered in one shipment you’ll get 20% off the entire order. When you visit the “Subscribe and Save” page it might say that you get 15% off with five items but I’ve tested it and it’s 20%. There are no upfront costs and you’re only charged when your items are shipped. Browse the list of items eligible for the Subscribe and Save program.
