August 20 – August 29, 2010, seventeen restaurants in the Kansas City Power & Light District are creating special menus at discount prices. Modeled after New York City’s Restaurant Week, the Kansas City Power & Light District’s Restaurant Week promotion is designed to introduce a variety of dishes at lower price points.
Participating restaurants will offer:
- Two-course meals priced at $10 for lunch
- Three-course meals priced at $25 or $30 for dinner
- Free gift cards for every guest ordering the Restaurant Week meals ($5 for lunch; $10 for dinner). The cards are to be used for a future meal.
