This one’s not exactly in the cheap category, but beer and wine events seem to be popular in Kansas City, so I’m throwing it out there and letting you decide if it’s in the budget.
If you’re a craft beer aficionado, you don’t want to miss Festival of the Lost Township on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Admission is $45.
Enjoy local beer from over 145 brewers, live music, and food trucks ($).

Hours are noon-5 p.m.
The festival is located at the City of Raytown “green space” at 63rd and Raytown Road.
