September is National Cannoli month.
In honor of the occasion, Jasper’s Restaurant and the Corvette Club of Kansas City are co-hosting the first-ever Corvettes, Coffee and Cannolis event.
The gathering is from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 in the parking lot of Jasper’s Restaurant located at 103rd and State Line Road, Kansas City, MO.
All corvettes are welcome and you don’t to be a member of the club. Just come join to talk corvettes with like-minded enthusiasts, look at some great cars and enjoy a treat from a Kansas City food institution.
Attendees get their first cup of Roasterie coffee and a cannoli FREE. Proceeds from any additional purchases benefit St. Michael’s Home for Veterans.
Never had a cannoli? It’s an Italian pastry consisting of a fried tube-shaped shell filled with sweet ricotta cheese. According to Jasper’s menu, they also stuff theirs with fruit, pistachio nuts and chocolate bits.
