This sounds like a whole lot of fun for just $10. May 21 and 22, 2010 The Great American Barbecue Festival comes to Wyandotte County Park. At the 2-day event, teams will compete in the second largest sanctioned BBQ contest in the world. There will also be a carnival (rides cost $), culinary demonstrations, live music (19 bands), kids’ activities, Friday night fireworks and the world’s largest BBQ sauce store, where you can sample over a hundred BBQ sauces. Mmmmm.
