Reconnect with a partner or friend during the Sweetheart Yoga class sponsored by the Lee’s Parks and Recreation Department on Thursday, Feb. 18 at the Gamber Community Center.
Tickets are $20 per couple if purchased in advance, $25 at the door.
The cost includes a candlelit class where you work in pairs to practice different yoga poses. Prior yoga experience is not necessary, as poses can be modified for all levels. The session ends with an hour of massage instruction and relaxation techniques designed to leave you and your partner feeling relaxed and stress free.
Attendees are asked to bring along a yoga mat if they have one.
Class is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Gamber Community Center is located at 220 SE Green Street, Lee’s Summit, MO.
