The first-ever Barbie Pop Up Truck makes its debut appearance in Kansas City this week at the annual Barbie Doll Collector Convention. The all-pink shop-on-wheels offers exclusive 90s-themed Barbie apparel and accessories made just for grown-up fans. Find colorful fashion items from iridescent totes and fanny packs to cassette wallets, necklaces, enamel pin sets and even an assortment of hand decorated sugar cookies.
Kansas City is the first to experience the all-new Barbie Pop Up Truck, which will be parked outside the convention from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Aug 3. at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center (2345 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO).
It’s free to visit and shop at the truck.
The convention is sold out, but the salesroom featuring Barbie and family dolls is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3. Admission for the salesroom is $5 per person, children ages three and under are free.
