On Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Amazon is holding a “Prime Day”, a one-day shopping event which it claims will be bigger than Black Friday. The deals will be open exclusively to Amazon Prime members.
In addition to the Prime Day deals, there are some advantages to being a Prime member. For $99/year, you’ll get year-round two-day free shipping from Amazon; unlimited movies and TV shows with Prime Instant Video; unlimited, ad-free access to over a million songs and hundreds of custom-built playlists; free unlimited photo storage, and more.
If you’re not yet ready to commit to a full year of Prime, they’ll let you try Prime for free for 30 days, which will allow you access to all the Prime Day deals.
