There are also some restaurants offering gift card bonus cards. So if you plan ahead, purchase your gift card(s), use the gift cards to eat out on Christmas day and then use the bonus card(s) later, you’ll save some extra dough. - Double-up rewards if you can (rewards + gift card special = double the savings).
- To call and ask if happy hour is offered on Christmas Day, bar area may be an option.
- It doesn’t hurt to ask.
- Join e-clubs in advance & keep subscribing if the deals are worthwhile.
- New e-Club subscriber? Sign up at least 24-48 hours in advance to get the sign-up coupon
- Buy the gift cards specials ahead of time and use on Christmas Day
- If you buy a gift card special from a restaurant that offers a BONUS gift card, it’s great, but it is usually a bonus gift card that has “specific dates” which it can be used. So set a reminder on your phone to use the BONUS gift card on those “specified dates”.
- Some deals below are not offered Christmas Day, but noted for savings later for those bargain hunters, like me.
