In the next few months, you will (hopefully) have an abundance of gorgeous fruits and vegetables from your garden to enjoy! Do you need some inspiration? This Saturday, April 15, 2017, the Ruiz Branch of the Kansas City Public Library is hosting a free class on Making Snacks and Soups from Garden Produce.
Special guest speaker Dr. Nadia Navarrete-Tindall, a native plants specialist from the Lincoln University Extension, will provide you will a variety of ways to utilize your homegrown produce to make delicious foods.
This class is from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
