The Theatre for Young America is performing “Diary of a Worm, a Spider, and a Fly” through April 14, 2012, at the H& R Block City Stage at Union Station. Tickets are $8 each for non-members; $6 for members; and $5.50 for groups of 15 or more with advance reservations.
Here’s a blurb about the show from the Union Station Web site:
“Based on the popular books by Doreen Cronin, this musical play has been adapted by Joan Cushing. This will be the Kansas City premier of this new work. With a set and costumes recycled and re-purposed materials, this show features rap, hip-hop, ballads, and boogie-woogie. This funny play promotes recycling, eco-consciousness and earth sciences, and tolerance for differently-abled creatures.”
