There’s a new holiday display in Kansas City that you will not want to miss. Union Station introduces Astro Botanicals in the Haverty Family Yards. General admission is $5 and FREE for Union Station members.
According to Union Station’s website,”Astro Botanicals are the brainchild of California-based Stan Clark, a fabric artist who hand sews these giant ornamental pieces where architecture, geometry and nature come together. His inflatable designs are purposefully massive in scale, so their multi-colored light displays give off a magical aura.”
Astro Botanical is FREE on the following days:
December 15-19: Kansas City Southern Express Train Days
- December 15: 2-5 p.m. & Union Station Members only 6-8 p.m.
- December 16 & 17: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
- December 18: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
- December 19: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Be sure to check the schedule for other hours. This mesmerizing sight will be on display through December 31, 2017.
